Open Positions
Build and ship features across our entire platform — from the React frontend to the Node.js/Python backend. You'll own features end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Build new features for our Client Portal, Smart Scheduler, and Payment System
- Design and implement REST APIs and database schemas (Supabase/PostgreSQL)
- Integrate third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar)
- Write clean, tested, production-ready code
- Ship multiple times per week
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building web applications with React/Next.js and Node.js
- Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- You've shipped products real people use — not just side projects
- Bonus: Experience with Stripe, Twilio, or Supabase
Compensation
- $50–$80/hr (contract) or $80K–$110K/yr (if converted to full-time)
- 0.5%–1.5% equity

Make our AI smarter. You'll work on the AI Receptionist voice agent, Instant Quotes pricing engine, and Review Engine — the core intelligence behind our platform.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize prompts for voice conversations, quote generation, and review responses
- Build and improve our AI Receptionist call flow (OpenAI + Twilio)
- Develop pricing models for Instant Quotes using customer project data
- Implement evaluation pipelines to measure AI output quality
- Reduce latency and cost of AI inference across the platform
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude)
- Python proficiency — you can build data pipelines and ML tooling
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling
- Experience building voice or conversational AI is a strong plus
- You care about practical AI that works, not research papers
Compensation
- $60–$100/hr (contract) or $100K–$140K/yr (if converted to full-time)
- 0.5%–2% equity

Be the first sales hire. You'll go door-to-door to contractors, run demos, and close deals. If you've ever worked in the trades or sold to small businesses, this role was made for you.
What you'll do
- Visit 10+ contractors per week in the Phoenix metro area
- Run live product demos showing the AI Receptionist, scheduling, and quoting tools
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Close subscription deals ($149–$499/month)
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team
- Represent Remodely AI at trade shows and local events
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Comfortable with in-person selling and cold outreach
- Background in construction, home services, or trades is a huge plus
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone to tell you to make the next call
- You believe in AI and can explain it simply to non-technical people
Compensation
- $45K–$55K base + uncapped commission (OTE $80K–$120K)
- 0.25%–0.75% equity

Own the customer experience from onboarding to retention. You'll set up accounts, train users, and make sure every customer gets real value from the platform.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers: configure their AI Receptionist, pricing rules, and scheduling
- Train business owners on using the platform (video calls, screen shares, written guides)
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
- Handle support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Build knowledge base articles, tutorials, and FAQ content
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or support at a SaaS company
- Technically comfortable — you can troubleshoot integrations and explain software clearly
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bonus: Experience with home services or small business customers
Compensation
- $55K–$75K/yr
- 0.25%–0.75% equity

Tell our story. Create content that reaches contractors, tradespeople, and small business owners across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our blog.
What you'll do
- Produce YouTube videos: product demos, founder story, customer testimonials, AI explainers
- Create social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok
- Write blog posts targeting SEO keywords (e.g., "AI for contractors," "never miss a customer call")
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and short-form video clips
- Track content performance and iterate on what works
What we're looking for
- Experience creating content for B2B or small business audiences
- Video production skills (shooting, editing, thumbnails)
- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
- Authentic voice — not corporate marketing speak
- Bonus: Background in trades, construction, or home services
Compensation
- $30–$50/hr (contract) or $50K–$65K/yr (part-time to full-time)
- 0.25%–0.5% equity
