Information From AI Services
Voice data: If you use our AI Receptionist, inbound call audio may be processed in real time for transcription and response generation. Call recordings are stored only if you enable that feature.

Generated content: Quotes, responses, summaries, and other content produced by AI on your behalf.

3. AI Data Processing
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to power several features. Here is how your data interacts with AI:
AI Receptionist: Inbound calls are processed using speech-to-text and natural language understanding to respond to callers. Audio is processed in real time and is not retained beyond the call session unless you enable call recording.
Instant Quotes: Customer-submitted project details (dimensions, photos, descriptions) are processed by AI to generate pricing estimates based on your configured rates.
Review Engine: AI analyzes review sentiment and generates response suggestions. We do not post responses without your approval.
Smart Scheduler: AI processes appointment requests and calendar data to optimize booking. No data is shared beyond what is needed for scheduling.
AI Training: Your business data and customer interactions are not used to train general-purpose AI models. Data sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) is processed under their enterprise API agreements which prohibit using API data for model training.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
OpenAI / Anthropic — AI language processing. Data processed via API with enterprise data protection agreements. Not used for model training.
Firebase / Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure.
Vercel — Website hosting and deployment.
Google Analytics — Anonymous website usage analytics (if enabled).
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We select partners who maintain strong data protection standards.
5. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe).
Database access is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based controls.
